Everything during our stay was really good. The shuttle to the airport was great and on time both ways. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was good with very comfortable beds but not sure the air conditioning was the best but we did not need much due to the fall weather. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

Average hotel, ok for a business trip

Close to the airport with a shuttle bus and a pleasant enough 10 minute walk to the no.5 Metro, was the reason we picked it. It fulfilled that job. The family room is small though, all the bathroom is a nice size. Our room AC was loud and turned itself on an off constantly. There was a neck pillow someone had left under our bed that stayed there the 4 days we were there, so not much under bed cleaning, but the rest of the room was clean and very well serviced every day. Responsive staff at breakfast time and at reception. Gym was more like a home gym than a hotel gym. So fine for 1 night.

This is a great place location wise for anyone who is transferring through the airport or has a very tight turnaround with flights however the hotel has the issue of very thin walls. Fellow guests who were on my floor down the hallway or even next door had flights earlier than mine and left at 2am and another at around 4 or 5am. On both occasions, I could hear them leaving, chatting and closing the door. The echo and walls just don’t have any noise control and the people weren’t extremely loud, they were talking normally. One of the controls in the room which may have been the aircon was also a dash loud and then food wise, there isn’t much on offer in the area. There wasn’t anything to see scenery wise out my room window which was facing the road. This road though is quiet which was good so it’s not too bad traffic wise in the evening & night.
