Staff was so kind and made me feel so at home as soon as I arrived. Super clean room! Loved being able to play my music in the shower/throughout the room. Cute rooftop bar, great views of Madrid. All and all, great stay. Highly recommend.

We were given a small handicap-accessible room (limited furniture, low sink and toilet, handicapped bars around toilet, no shower door, seat in shower, etc.). Requested to move to a regular room, was told there was nothing available until the next day. The next day they would not move to another room without paying additional fee. Had to pay $25 per night for another room. Otherwise the hotel was fine, not really a 5 star, maybe 4 star by US standards. Nice piano bar.
