We appreciated our stay. The bed was large (king sz) and comfortable. The shutters darkened the room perfectly. The double glass doors blocked out all of the street noise. The bathroom was very functional. Suggest that a night-light in the bathroom might be useful. Thank you.

The room is small, but everything inside is of very good quality. It has all services and is very well located (close to the train station, Prado museum, and all the cool Madrid places). I strongly recommend for 1-2 people stay.

The hotel is close to all transportation. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. The hotel offers storage lockers for luggage if needed. Good value.

Early check-in was available even without request. Very good location. Some guests are very noisy, woke us around 4 am. I did not realise the walls were so thin. Bathroom - decent size, good shower.

It's a great place, excellent location and the staff is friendly. They contact you by email and WhatsApp, sometimes the link doesn't work but it's ok, at the property they fix it for you. It's close to everything, they have coffee, tea, lockers if you need to safe your baggage while they are cleaning the room. The price is acceptable. I'll come back for sure and I will share with friends and family their information.

Based in a block of apartments, the common areas are well-kept if traditional looking, but once you get into the suites themselves, it's like stepping forward in time, in terms of decor. The location is great for the main train station, most places are walkable and if you don't fancy that, the metro is nearby.
