Great location and comfortable. However, apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Carrying heavy luggage up 4 flights of narrow stairs was an unpleasant experience.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. Check-in and the lock system for doors (there is an app you use to enter the building and your apt) was a little inconvenient. Key to enter the building did not work well so had to always use the app. Owner was very responsive when the app did not work one day. Apt was bright and spacious but would have been nice to have some amenities stocked in the kitchen (salt/pepper/paper towels) for guests. We ended up buying a large sheet to sit on the sofa because it looked soiled. Overall, it's a good location.

FeWo in sehr guter Lage für unseren Städtetrip

Schwieriger Prozess, da 1 Tag vor Antritt der Reise die Abbuchung des Wohnungspreises nicht erfolgt war. Offenbar hatte die Agentur dies versäumt und wir haben erst nach Mail-Korrespondenz den Zugang zur Wohnung erhalten. Außerdem war es schwierig, die Wohnung zu finden, weil selbst die Ortsansässigen erst nach längerer Suche die Hausnr. Finden konnten.

Fijne plek om Madrid te ontdekken

Een ideale locatie om Madrid te verkennen. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum en wij hebben bijna alles lopend kunnen doen. Voor 3 personen is het prima toeven, goede bedden en slaapkamers (een 4e zou op een slaapbank moeten). Verder is het klein maar functioneel. Je moet wel een paar trappen op (het is op de bovenste verdieping) maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Zeker een aanrader!
