I stayed at this same property last year and returned again this year because of its perfect location; it is an easy walk to everything to see in Madrid.Emilio is a wonderful host and most thoughtful.

Problems

I tried, in emails through VRBO, to let you know of some issues and no one responded. 1. The WiFi password and username do not work. 2. The floor lamp in the bedroom does not work. 3. A wall switch in the bedroom need replacement. 4. There are two dead bulbs in the bathroom. 5. A third bulb I’d beginning to flicker. 6. The power went out at 01:30 on Friday so it was pitch black until well after sun up. The elevator was unusable and the emergency lights had failed. On a positive note, the location is outstanding, making walking Madrid so very easy and enjoyable. I do plan to return next year and I hope that the maintenance issues will be resolved and that the WiFi passwords will be clearly left on a paper somewhere in the unit. The password on the wall in the entry does not match Emilio’s.
