There was no blanket for one person despite the motel having complete details of all the persons staying. There was no one to attend the complaint.in night. Can you imagine how the night was managed with temperatures at -2C degrees? Next morning on complaining, I was told that you might have not provided the details of all persons. I asked them to check in their records as I myself provided all details. After checking their records, the person said- Yes the details are there. Sorry!
For check-in access code, more than 10 attempts to reception phone calls were made in early evening and then again between 9.30pm to 10pm as per the policy mentioned on hotel.com, but no call was answered. Even HOTEL.com representative tried calling on my behalf but he also told the calls are not being answered. No Wi-Fi details provided as advertised. Poor responsiveness.
