Our perfect located home offer great perks such as 18 minute drive to SLC Airport, 20 minute drive to SLC Downtown and 25 minute drive to different hikes in Herriman UT. There is a few food places close to the house and Walmart Neighborhood Market only 5 minutes away. This house is very spacious and includes Fiber Internet and 2 Tvs with Netflix. This house has also 2 full Bathrooms and one laundry room and full access to a 2 car garage. NO PETS OR SMOKING.
