Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according to the functions which clashed with my booking. Not very well organised by the booking staff. First morning breakfast was laid out in the dining area with a small amount of variety of fruit, cake, eggs and porridge and choice of 2 juices however the remaining 3 mornings there was nothing on display so had to ask for certain items of food as well as all drinks and then had to wait on the service. Why the inconsistency? I booked this according to their website which offered full continent breakfast so a huge let down as false advertising as I would not have gone ahead with my booking at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I most definitely will not be booking again on my future visits.

Blankets was dirty. Bathroom full of previous Travelers hair. Damaged stich boards. Faulty room light.
