Arrived to find the hotel did not have the room we had booked and paid for months ago! They initially concealed this by saying we had been given an upgrade to a new apartment (a buggy ride away inland circa 100m ) away from facilities. Respectively declined it and an hour later, they found us a room. Not a good start.
Room was very good other than toe nail cuttings on the floor! Room cleaning during our stay inconsistent.
Hotel generally good and staff helpful with a smile.
Not a great deal in the immediate hotel vicinity so you will need to hire a car/taxi to get out and about or book a trip [not offered by the hotel]. Pool good and a quiet beach.
Overall to eat and drink in the hotel can be pricey. One sandwich between the two of us and 2 beers at lunchtime circa £45.
On departure our bill had 12 items relating to telephone calls - that we didn’t use. No apology just it happens sometimes!
We did make the most of it and enjoyed our stay but don’t think this hotel meets Hilton’s normal standards.
The rooms are really nice and were cleaned really well but we had a very bad mosquito problem in our room where they were coming in under a gap in the door and I had to spend a lot of my time in the room trying to kill them and asking housekeeping to clear up the dead ones afterwards... Despite their 'bite-free bliss' they advertise, the reception staff told us they only spray once a week and that there's no point spraying more frequently because 'it's rainy season'. Service and food were good in restaurant but both were pretty bad in the bar (and very expensive - $12 for a beer). At times, the floor was dirty in the restaurant at breakfast and the hotel charged a lot for taxis. The new Asian restaurant is great and was a real highlight. The pool area and beds were very comfortable and the help yourself filtered water on each floor was also great. Overall, it's definitely a nice hotel, the service at reception and at the bar was just a bit lacking at times.
Very great property. Very family friendly. Diner choices I felt were limited but great nothing less. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were amazing and felt like I was home. They made sure everything was up to par! Great hotel. I definitely would recommend!

Is Amazing the hotel, the beach, the pool, the food, the views. One of the best hotels in the world
The most beautiful hotel i have seen, and specially for the price point in Seychelles. Great facilities, great amount of restaurant options. great location. Best breakfast in Seychelles. The rooms are so beautiful and everything is so fresh and new. The design is super well thought of. I would really recommend. Only downside is that outsiders have the possibility to pay for a day pass in the resort which leads to the pool area to be pretty full in the weekend with a lot of young kids screaming. Rest of week is super calm. The beach infront of the hotel is not one of Seychelles best so best to rent a car and still explore the island. If going with family and kids, to only spend time in the resort, its extra recommended.
