Newly renovated rooms were clean, attractive and as we hoped. Excellent bistro meals and handy parking.

The reality is I can’t rate the facilities as we never even got to see them. Staff told us on arrival (after a 6h drive) that they’d given our room to someone else. What’s worse is that we STILL haven’t seen an email telling us of the cancellation supposedly sent to lastminute.com. Very unimpressed!!!!!

Last minute booking. Great modern rooms. Food was good. Staff were super friendly. The live music was amazing. A great vibe. Family Friendly. We will be back next time we are visiting Maitland.
