Modern apartment with luxury design, very bright. Newly renovated, with large living room, open kitchen and fully equipped. Terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy the excellent climate of Malaga throughout the year. It has three bedrooms, the warm and exquisite wallpaper makes each room different, ALL with sea views. It has 3 bathrooms (one en suite), original and spacious.
Located 50 meters from the Ave Train Station, traveling through Andalusia has never been so easy: Granada, Córdoba and Antequera (World Heritage Site since 2015) a stone's throw away, and very close to the Port.
A few meters from the Huelin Beach and the Antonio Banderas Promenade. Just ten minutes walk from the Historic Center and next to the Vialia and Larios Shopping Centers.
Enjoy being so close to the center but without the night bustle. Here the only sound will be that of seagulls.
Perfectly communicated with public transport (Train Cercanías and Bus) with the entire Coast of Malaga, being able to visit comfortably places like Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirolas, Mijas or Marbella or the towns of the East Coast. This apartment was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the location - outside of the busier city centre but close enough to easily walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Some kinks to work out

As soon as we walked in with manager there was a smell in apartment. Smell git worse with air conditioning. Bathing was a challenge as the hot water would go away during short showers. Not enough towels supplied. But location was good. Garage listed in amenities but cost extra and not on premise.

Enjoyed Malaga

Nice apartment. Interior nicely updated. Good location if arriving by train or bus. Little far from town to walk... especially with family. Easy bus transport to town. Talk to Paula about getting bus pass. Beach close but nicer beaches require bus to get to. Paula was very helpful and super responsive. Old town, cathedral, castle and promenade are must sees.

Ottima posizione x visitare l'Andalusia... vicinissima alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità e alla stazione autobus, ciò a cui noi interessava! La cosa negativa è che, a differenza delle altre volte, non abbiamo avuto indietro la caparra appena controllato la casa... non sono venuti a vedere e ancora dobbiamo ricevere il bonifico da homeaway

Die Wohnung im 10. Stock ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt, aber der besondere Vorzug ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof, für Leute, die nicht nur Malaga selbst, sondern auch die Umgebung per Überlandbus und Zug erkunden wollen, ideal.
