The reception staff were truly amazing and very welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Our food was served cold, and after informing the server, the plates were taken back to the kitchen and returned still cold. It was a very simple carbonara pasta. We ended up paying over €20 per person for meals we couldn’t even eat. The rooms were decent and the bed was comfortable, which is convenient for travelers needing to stay close to the airport. However, the room was extremely noisy. There was a large gap under the door, allowing hallway light to shine into the room, and we could clearly hear children running and shouting as late as 11:30 p.m. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working, making the room uncomfortably warm.

Arrived at hotel around 6pm as had early morning flight, We wearer advised no electricity in rooms and they had no idea when it would be restored. As all guests were in reception, there were no seats available guest were sat on floor. No update given until 10:10 pm when told we could go to rooms as electricity back on. No courtesy drink snack offered, despite fact they were still serving salads from kitchen and alcohol from bar.

Room was of a good standard with a big bathroom and tea and coffee. Very quiet so had an enjoyable sleep. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Front of house staff very helpful and attentive. Need to get a taxi/Uber/bolt to the airport. Latter two are cheaper than taxi. Would stay again

For a budget hotel, this exceeded all expectations. The staff were all welcoming, the food and drink very well priced and served swiftly. Highly recommended as a convenient place to get some rest before or after a flight. Both vehicular and pedestrian access to the hotel is not straightforward but beyond the control of the hotel and not insurmountable so should not detract from the quality of the stay. Many thanks - we will return!
