Convenient

This place is ideally located for La Rosaleda soccer stadium, Principia Science center, the many museums, dining hot spots and the top sights in old town. There is a lot of urban renewal going on in this area.

Beautiful appartment

We could not be happier with booking this appartment. From the beginning until check-out the communication with José was fast and super friendly. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and spots to visit. The appartment itself is a gem. It is perfectly equipped, we didn't miss anything. All rooms are modern decorated with so much taste. I wish we would have that shower at our home. For sure, the next time we go to Malaga, we stay here again. Lots of regards!

Edge of Old Town

Conveniently located to most places you'd want to visit in Malaga. Walking distance to just about anywhere. Close to buses for farther things. Jose was great in responding to us when needed. Thanks Jose.

Pity about the roadworks going on just outside every day, and the bells every morning from the monastery opposite. But the apartment was nice, comfortable and had everything we needed..

Lovely apartment in extremely convenient location

The apartment is well located, well equipped and attractive and Jose a gracious, efficient and informative host. The apartment being located on the fringes of the old town is quiet whilst being convenient. The apartment principally faces north, meaning it is cool, which would be an asset in Summer, but our stay was during Holy Week so less beneficial, but on the evening of our arrival there was a Holy Week procession straight past the apartment. Amazing.

Très bon quartier à Malaga

L’appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier près du centre mais sans en avoir les inconvénients (bruits etc). L’appartement sur une petite rue du quartier de La Goleta qui est situé juste au nord de la calle Carretería. Il offre tout le confort nécessaire pas passer quelques jours à Malaga et il faut absolument visiter le marché public de Salamanca qui vient tout juste d’être restauré et qui est hors du circuit touristique contrairement au marché de Altarazanas.

Fantastisch !

Ons verblijf was top! Gastheer was ontzettend aardig en gastvrij. Locatie was prima, net een straat achter het centrum. Binnen 5 minuten lopen in de binnenstad. Schoon en alles aanwezig in het appartement, Een echte aanrader!

I had a very nice stay in the apartment. The interior is all new and the apartment is well equiped. The location is superb. Close to the centre and yet in a quiet area. Jose has been very friendly and welcoming. My stay there during five weeks has been a great succes. A place to come back.

Perfecto para visitar Málaga capital

El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones y perfectamente equipado, no le falta detalle. José Manuel es muy amable y atento. Es perfecto para visitar la ciudad ya que está muy cerquita del centro de Málaga, a unos 10 min. caminando. La finca, totalmente rehabilitada, está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila pero algo depauperada.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in TOP Lage mit herzlichem Vermieter

Jose ist ein zuvorkommender Vermieter, der nicht nur Tipps für Malaga gibt sondern auch jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Wir sind mit unserer 6monatigen Tochter angereist und Jose hat uns kostenfrei ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Einfach genial. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt, inklusive Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Backofen und komplette Küchenausstattung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Das WLAN ist super inkl. schnellem Internet. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Malaga sein, würden wir wieder Jose's Unterkunft buchen.
