A comfortable villa with a breathtaking view of Lygaria beach. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach, it offers both the luxury of a 4 bedroom villa and a quiet place for relaxation. It will be a unique experience to drink a glass of wine late at night at our veranda with your friends hearing the sound of the sea.
The space
Our house is located at Lygaria Beach in a unique position which offers a breathtaking view. The house has 2 floors and 6 verandas around the house. The 1stfloor includes 3 bedrooms with king-size double beds and one with 2 single beds. In the ground floor, there is a large comfortable living room with a 6 person sofa and a table with six chairs. There is a 55 inch smart TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen. The house includes two bathrooms. The veranda has a six-chair table and two sunbeds.
