An unforgettable experience awaits you at these traditionally wooden-stone-built villas, natural beauty combined with interior comforts can satisfy even the most demanding guest.
This property is a combination of 4 different apartments. There are 2 apartments of 100sqm each, where there is one double bedroom and one bedroom with 3 single beds in each one of them. Total 5 persons in each of these 2 apartments. Moreover, there is a veranda with amazing views of the landscape and sea.
Then there is another studio with one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
Lastly, on the back side of the property, there is another maisonette apartment with 1 double bedroom and one more bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All 4 apartments are fully equipped since they all have their own kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathrooms.

Every apartment has an elegant living room with a fireplace, television, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances such as a cooker, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

•A communal play area of 100 sqm on the ground level of the villa with direct access to the pool, where you can also have dinner or lunch all together. There is a bathroom, a Smart TV, a ping pong table, a football table, music, etc

ATTENTION:
Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €65 per day for both pools (or 200 euros for a 3-night stay), not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

-19 people sleep in real beds and then there is a possibility to host 4 more persons, so up to 23 in the sofas that are situated in each one of the apartments.

-After the 19th guest there is an extra charge per person per night that is not included in the price you see.

- The leader of the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

-Common quiet hours are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.

After 23:00 the music should be very low or play music indoors.

1. Guests are welcome to check in from 16:00 on their arrival date and are requested to check out by 10:00 on the day of departure. Early check in/late check out is available upon request depending on availability. It is essential to keep us informed of your arrival time or any significant delays to ensure seamless access to the property. Please note that failure to check in by midday the day following your scheduled arrival without prior notification may result in the booking being treated as a cancellation.

2. Only registered guests may enter or stay overnight at the property. Any gathering with additional people must be disclosed and approved before booking; it may be declined or subject to extra charges. If these terms are breached, we reserve the right to deny check-in or require you to vacate the property immediately. In such cases, the booking will be considered cancelled by you and no refund will be issued, unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.

3. Events are allowed at the villa upon prior notice. Please inform us in advance, as additional charges may apply.
Please note that the use of fireworks is strictly forbidden during the weddings or any other special occasions which take place at the villa.

4. Your comfort is our priority, and we make every effort to ensure the villa is in perfect condition for your stay. If you encounter any issues, such as interruptions with electricity, hot water, or internet, please notify us immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
Guests have a 48-hour window after check-in to report any pre-existing damages or broken facilities. After this period, any damages found will be considered the responsibility of the current guests and must be settled or replaced prior to departure.

5. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas, such as the pool deck, balconies, and terraces.

6. Housekeeping: Cleaning and linen changes take place every 3/4 days.
If you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

7. Hot tub: Children under 5 must not use the hot tub without adult supervision. Use is at your own risk, as there are potential health considerations.
All tubs are cleaned, sanitised, and refilled before your arrival, so the water may not be fully heated until later the same day.

8. Pool: The pool is uncovered and built according to Greek Tourism Organisation (EOT) standards. Children under 12 are not allowed to use the pool without adult supervision. Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times. Use is at your own risk due to potential health and safety risks.
