The house is situated near one of the most beautiful bays on the southern side of Lošinj island. Zabodarski bay it\'s famous for it\'s pebble stone beaches and clear waters. The house was in 2016 completely renovated in traditional stone work. The structure was built to minimize impact on environment by different features as follows:
- completely solar powered to produce electricity
- water is heated by solar power
- partial use of rainwater (running water is also available)
- laundry washed only by eco certified detergent
- house is cleaned only by eco certified products
- all recyclable waste is going to be recycled
- minimum of electronical devices to reduce electronical pollution
- use of traditional building material like stone and surrounded by threes to ensure pleasant stay during summer even without AC.
