This cosy holiday home in Sv. Vida-Miholjice offers four private apartments in a quiet, green environment, just about 1 km from the sea. Each apartment has its own entrance and a terrace with a seating area, partly with a Hollywood swing. In the enclosed courtyard, a barbecue and a large table with benches are available. Pets are welcome.



The 35 m² apartment for up to 4 people has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with single and auxiliary beds, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. The terrace is covered, with a table, chairs, sun lounger, and direct access to the garden. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, heating, internet access, and a high chair are included. The washing machine can be used communally.



The house is located 15 minutes walking from the centre of Malinska, the beach can be reached in approximately 20 minutes. Airport transfer is possible. Small children who do not require their own bed pay a reduced price.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, bicycle rental, mini golf, beach volleyball, various sports fields and children's leisure parks. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and bakeries are within a few minutes' reach.



Included in the price are air conditioning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, internet, kitchen towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, airport transfer, high chair, and the use of an additional bed for toddlers. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, heating, baby cot, and use of the washing machine.
