It’s a rare vantage point that makes a memory to cherish. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and warm. We were delighted to be offered an early check-in, a small gesture that made a big difference after our drive with kids. Special thanks to Shaktivyel, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The service levels were exceptional throughout our stay. A heartfelt shoutout to Ramu** and Veerumani at the restaurant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced every meal. Our kids had a blast thanks to Feroz, the activity manager, who kept them joyfully engaged with well-planned games and entertainment, giving us some much-needed relaxation. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience. With stunning views, top-notch service from their entire crew, and the charm of Yercaud all wrapped into one, this is a must-visit location and a must-stay property. Highly recommend it for families, couples.
