Nestled in the idyllic village of Cradley, just a stone’s throw from the stunning Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our cosy self-contained studio annexe offers the ideal escape for walkers, nature lovers, and anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.
The annexe has free, private, secure parking underneath the property for 2 cars. There is also a universal charging point for electric vehicles.
The annexe is a 10 minute drive from the famous Morgan Motor Company.
The Three Counties Showground is very close to the property, only a 15 minute drive.
Malvern Hills & Great Malvern are only a 10-minute drive away.
Eastnor Castle and Ledbury Town is a 15 minute drive away.
Kitchen:
As you walk into the annexe and upstairs, you are greeted with the brand new modern open plan kitchen area with a spacious island, that has seating for two people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including fridge with ice box & hob.
There is also a toaster, kettle and coffee machine, all for you to use at ease.
Help yourself to the tea, coffee, sugar and milk! We also provide complimentary prosecco, fruit, cereal and orange juice.
Please note the annexe has two different levels (Ground Floor & First Floor) this includes stairs to access.
Living Room:
At the back of the studio is a comfortable two seater sofa and TV, with double doors leading to the back garden.
There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4 and YouTube.
Bedroom:
You will find a cosy double bed, a bedside table and lamp.
Bathroom:
On the ground floor, you are greeted with the bathroom, it features a shower, toilet, sink & mirror.
We provide soft, cosy dressing gowns for you to use while you stay with us.
Garden:
Off the annexe is a decked courtyard with a table and chairs that overlooks the Malvern Hills, it's perfect for summer evenings.
