The Space:
Settle into a cozy, well-equipped studio at La Vista Blanc Hideout—ideal for a hassle-free mountain getaway. The open-plan living area features a plush sofa facing a large-screen TV, with sliding glass doors that bring in natural light and open to your private balcony. A full kitchen makes easy meals a breeze, offering standard appliances plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and tea kettle. Dine at the extendable table for 2 or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter for 2.
When it’s time to wind down, you’ll have a comfortable queen bed and a sleeper sofa to accommodate your group. Onsite shared laundry, a seasonal outdoor pool, and BBQ stations add extra convenience when you’re not out exploring.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the communal lot, first-come, first-served. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home; please see photos for details.
• WiFi/cell service: Provided, but due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Seasonal amenities: The outdoor pool and BBQ stations are open during the summer season only.
• Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are available onsite.
• Shuttle access: Walking distance to the Red Line shuttle, which offers free transportation with stops at The • Village and Main Lodge during the winter season.
• Hot water: The unit has a limited hot water tank; for groups near max occupancy, we recommend staggering showers and hot water use.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
