You can play ping-pong, swim in its large pool or exercise on the lawn. A beautiful panoramic view can be enjoyed on both sides of the house.
The house is distributed on a single floor. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), a comfortable living room and a kitchen with dishwasher, modern gas stove and a large refrigerator - all tastefully decorated and of high quality.
Fishing villages like Porto Cristo and S'Illot and the most beautiful coves of Mallorca, such as Cala Bona, Cala Romántica and many more are located a short drive away. By highway you can reach the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, in less than an hour.
