A few days before your arrival, please contact the reception agency to confirm your arrival time (flight/boat details) and to arrange key collection.

Upon arrival, please call the agency and proceed directly to the property or to the pre-agreed meeting point.

The reception office will contact you to confirm the time and location for key pickup.

Late arrivals:
a) Keys will be placed in a secure key box. Any remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid the next day at the agency.
b) If there is no key box, please arrange your late check-in in advance with the agency. A late arrival fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.
