Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nicole from the bar was very nice, Luis and Wilfredo- the from desk guys, very helpful and the driver that took me to my family’s home and to the airport (I can’t remember his name) we felt very safe and if it wasn’t for him, we would not have made it to my family’s home, thank God he had knowledge of the neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel.
