The hotel in general is excellent but they have a clear shortage of staff, check in took about half an hour, cleaning services were requested and after 5 hours they were provided

عدم الرد على الهاتف لاكثر من ساعة بحجة عدم وجود عمال للنظافة او لطلبات المطعم أو الطوارئ عدم تنظيف الغرفة في اليوم الثاني للإقامة الاالساعة ٨مساء رغم وضع طلب التنظيف من الساعة١٠:٣صباحا عدم تغيير المناشف؟

مبنى جديد ومؤثث تأثيث ممتاز لكن لايوجد حاجز للأصوات فتسمع مايدور حولك بالغرف المجاورة وهذا الشئ الوحيد المؤذي بالاقامة
