Clean and comfortable but missing a few items in the room that could have been useful such as towel racks or hooks in the bathroom and shower, drawers in the room, and more than two paper cups provided. We used the tiny but functional fitness center, but did not dip in the little outdoor pool located by the back parking area. All in all it was ok.

The beds were comfortable, everything was good, I just feel it could’ve been a little cleaner. The lampshade has so many stains and whatever else. The walls had a lot of stains also. The things that you’d use all the time were clean if that makes sense. I’d stay again overall.

The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with noticeable wear and an overall lack of upkeep. Service at the front desk was indifferent and unhelpful when I raised concerns. I did not feel comfortable or valued as a guest. There are likely better options for travellers looking for a smoother stay in the area. I wouldn’t choose to return.

Property is clean. Breakfast was terrible and ends at 8:45am. There was a party on 5/17, very noisy and lots of people in the lobby. The people next door were loud, I guess they were in the party.

Worst Front Desk experience ever

The worst check in I have ever experienced. My 11 year old daughter was with me, we were in the lobby for over 2 hours at check in and did not get our room key until after 1am. Front desk lady was horrible and was telling other guests checking in that my daughter and I were making her life difficult. I did ask her to please not speak of my child to other guests and her exact response was “I don’t care.”
