I will never stay here again. I paid almost $800 for 3 nights and got stuck out of state and wasn’t able to check in my first night. I called the hotel directly and sent a message thru Expedia (never using them either) letting them know I wouldn’t be there until the following day. When I showed up the man at the counter kept telling me I was a “no call/no show” even though I had prepaid for all 3 nights in advance. I wouldn’t say he was attempting to help me as he was repeatedly telling me (and the people standing behind me) I was a no call/no show and they cancelled my stay. It was horrible customer service thru Cambria direct and Expedia. In the end I was able to stay one night but never got a refund for my original 3 night stay.

The property was very nice and clean. Well maintained after the snow we had. Very convenient to restaurants. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The bar area is very nice. Was fun just to relax and have a drink and enjoy the football games

Stayed for 7 nights visiting my family. Clean, quiet, nice clean gym for a property of that size (and no one was ever in it). Appreciated the washing machine, even though I didn't use it. Whole Foods is just up the hill (and walkable if it isn't snowing) if I needed a salad or other supplies, and Aldi is across the street if I needed the same but cheaper. Very convenient to pretty much all of central Connecticut.

Beyond satisfied with our check in, stay and the overall property! Got here around 1230pm and was immediately checked in and upgraded to a king suite. Everything here is absolutely pristine in its cleanliness! Beds/pillows super comfy and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in months! Desk staff friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Only 1 of my 2 reservations actually made it to the hotel. The Hotel itself did a decesent job with getting me a room. Even tolse.to book online to save money.
