Waited 15 minutes to check in as there was no staff manning the front desk. Room had no heat on until i turned it on. It took 2 hours to warm up enough to be comfortable. No microwave in rooms.

Emergency shelter in a storm

Why was a copy of my driver’s license made? No explanation was given. Room smelled bad and was dirty in places. Printed materials in guest handbook are out of date and resulted in my being late to breakfast. Staff member was rude when I pointed out the discrepancy.
