We’re a 30 seconds walk from Cutting Room Square. A square in the heart of Ancoats which is surrounded by some of our favourite bars and restaurants including award winning Pizza joint, Rudy’s and Manchester’s Michilin Star restaurant, Mana.
You’ll absolutely love walks along the marina to our favourite coffee and croissant destination, Pollen Bakery as well as the short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is Piccadilly and it’s only 15 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 15 minutes walk away at Piccadilly Gardens.

We have 1 free secure parking space included which is underneath our building.
