Excellent nights sleep, the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on and breakfast was amazing. Stayed here a few times now and love everything about this hotel, great location, parking very close by, the rooms are lovely and very spacious, staff are always friendly and accommodating. 5 star+

Noisy and too hot. Shower water went all over bathroom floor as poorly planned. No Aircon but had a Dyson fan. Overpriced but I guess as Christmas Markets were on.

Convenient location and room had everything you need, was able to get a bit of work done at the desk with the decent wifi. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was great, several fresh cooked options to choose from and good coffee. Only thing I'd say is that the rooms are very brightly lit?? Even the overhead lamps by the bedside made it very coldly bright and it's not the most relaxing thing.

It is not a bad hotel at all. It's location is very near the Piccadilly station. The radiator in my room didn't seem to work until after I told the staff about it. It got started at the end. Pro: The bathroom/toilet is big, strong shower Con: the mattress is too soft for my liking.

The hotel is in a fantastic old building and it was nice to see features like the old staircase left intact. The staff that we met at the hotel were all absolutely fine and the house keeping staff do a genuinely excellent job. Sadly some parts of the experience at the hotel were a bit diasapointing. The room we stayed in was fairly cold through much of our stay,not because the heating system was faulty, but a combination of high ceilings and large windows and a relatively modest radiator just can't cope. On the subject of the windows the wooden frames behind the secondary double glazing were gruby and desperately in need of a cleanup and repaint. I hope the building gets the care and attention it needs, It could be a genuinely excellent experiance.

Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were lovely, spacious, great decor, huge and comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Breakfast was great- lots of options and cooked to order. Would stay again.
