The room was clean & comfortable. Comfortable bed ensured a good sleep prior to an early start the following day. Staff were professional. I would like to have seen a larger & more comfortable bar area to sit & relax. This area was small with limited seating available. We ended up in the small reception area with our drinks. The seating wasn't comfortable. The reception area was cold due to freezing temperatures outside & doors constantly opening as people came & went. One door seemed to be permanently open as closing mechanism appeared not to work. I would stay again but wouldn't spend money using the bar as it wasn't an inviting & comfortable area. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, although asked to do so

We were really pleased with the ease of checking in and the comfort of our room and it was nice to have the shower I had requested too. I would only suggest that where check in occurs, it might help to indicate where to queue - we arrived to a large group of people all around the area and assumed we had to wait patiently but eventually we found out we should go forward as we had our reservation. We found the breakfast very good and impressed that you allow people to have this from 5am which meant we were able to have this before the very convenient walk to the Terminal to get our flights. If going on flights in the morning in future, I would definitely come back to this hotel. When my husband advised there was only one pair of towels they brought the extras straight away without fuss and made the entire process very comfortable and well organised. The breakfast quality was excellent too.
