Clean room though a few stains on the carpet. Bed comfy but springy. Room was right beside the lift so was a bit loud in the morning. Over all a nice hotel though and would stay again.

As soon as I opened the door to my room it stank of smoking that was so strong. I informed reception on my way out for a meal and was told a new room would be reserved for me for when I return from my meal. On return to the hotel the reception staff new nothing of my issue and I was placed in a room with a single bed after paying for a room with a double.
