Uncomfortable Child's bed

Hotel was ok apart from child's bed (family room) which was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever felt. Could feel wire from springs at lightest touch. Unfortunately when the bed is this uncomfortable and no sleep is obtained it's difficult to be positive about other aspects.

Took the smallest room they had it was spotless nice shower and a 4 minute walk to terminal 2 Manchester!

Always good at the Ibis. Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Have a pizza and a beer the night before and wake up ready to fly in the morning!!

very clean room and spacious, however the internet was either fast of non existent, went down to reception, colleague on duty couldn't offer any help.
