Very average hotel. Staff seem miserable and not engaging or particularly helpful. The location is quite far out of the centre too. There are better hotels in a better location for a very similar price. Wouldn’t return.

Always a pleasant hotel to stop over at, which we do often when attending gigs. Asked for a quiet room which we got but it did feel a bit claustrophobic as it was a tad on the small cramped size. Staff were fine, checking in was t the speediest either

The room didn't feel clean. I found a bug in my bedding, along with other marks and spots, making it feel as though it hadn't been freshly changed. I found that the breakfast was not at all worth the extra charge. The food looked quite unappetizing, and tasted equally dismal. I'd recommend passing on the on site breakfast and instead finding a nearby restaurant or cafe. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which was greatly appreciated.

Check in was rushed due to long queues. I couldn’t remember if I’d booked breakfast and in the rush forgot to ask. Normally reception mention this and if you haven’t the ask if if you want to add it. Non of that. Just took my money and onto the next person. We ended up going elsewhere for it the next morning. Shower gel in room was empty. Sink didn’t drain well. Was really slow

Another overall pleasant stay while attending a concert at the Co-Op Arena. This hotel is perfectly placed. My only issue would be the lengthy queue for check in. I appreciate a large proportion of the guests were also attending the same concert and whilst the Reception Staff were as quick and pleasant as they could be the queue was held up due to the number of people asking general questions about getting to the Arena. This issue could be easily resolved by having a “Meeter & Greeter” positioned in the entrance to assist guests with any queries of such a nature when a concert is being held without holding up the queue for everyone else. Our room was pleasant , there are toiletries provided and the temperature of the room could be easily controlled.

Room was ok, weird noises in middle of that night, some kind of alarm. Check was 1 big queue with only 2 people doing check in. Very friendly though. Bar was another queue as again only two people on, they know everyone is coming back from a gig, must of been 50 in the bar, very very slow service. Breakfast was another wait, be it only 10 min, but again they know how many guest are in for breakfast but cant cater for it. Great location for co op live arena,just 2 stops by tram. No car park.
