I picked this hotel as it was reasonably priced and it seemed close to the Co Op Arena as I was attending a concert there. The member of staff who checked me in was so lovely and she accommodated my request for a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper. She put me on the top floor in the corner and it was very quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower is very spacious. The hotel is opposite a domino’s which was handy very handy. I got an Uber to and from the concert which was super cheap. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and tram. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. The only criticism I have is the carpets looked like they needed cleaning in my bedroom and the hall area. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff were excellent throughout our stay. It's a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, then a short tram ride to the Co-op arena. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. There is also an excellent craft beer brewery and bar in a nearby industrial estate, called Track brewery. Highly recommend!

Easy to find, close parking just across the road, people on the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate, spacious, beds are comfy, wide variety of hot drinks in the room, plugs near both mirrors for hair tools and plugs near both beds for charging phones. Close walk to the Co-op live arena aswell which was ideal

Nicely located hotel

All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom clean and well presented. Couldn't work the temperature got really hot in the morning. Didn't sleep well found the beds too hard and not personally comfortable woke with headache aches and pains. On top of been to hot. Not a restful night sleep. Was quite and no noise from surrounding rooms. Had issues with the lifts not stopped at my floor took ages. Then was too full to get in. Breakfast was good but confusing didn't flow and too much back and forth to find things. Price point more than would usually spend for a night away.

Perfect location for the Co-op Live Arena, Piccadilly station, shopping centres & sightseeing. Near tram line, bus routes & is very walkable. Lovely staff, nice bar & dining options suit all tastes. Nice breakfast. Will no doubt use this hotel again

All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and very clean. It was quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent with cooked breakfast, a choice of breads, continental breakfast, cereals, fruit and pastries.

Lovely hotel and within walking distance to train station. Room was good although quite warm especially the bathroom. The towel radiator was on which given it’s summer and bathroom quite small, think this needs to be turned off but that’s my only gripe other than that would definitely recommend and stay at hotel again. Big thank you to Eve who was looking after both the bar and restaurant but still maintained that level of service and was very helpful and friendly.
