Checked in my self, was giving the key, not a word from staff about anything at all. Room looked ok for a 4 stars however bathroom door was very dirty, refused to hang my bath towel on. Restaurant food pricy and of an average quality.

Was so impressed with this hotel! It was an extremely good price which made me think it would maybe not be as good as other more expensive ones in the area, but I was wrong! It was very clean, really good size room, nicely decorated and big bathroom too! We had a good nights sleep, it was quiet and the bed was comfy. There was a kettle (with plenty of teabags, sugar, milk) and cookies which I thoroughly enjoyed on arrival after our loooong trip. There was an iron and ironing board and a DECENT hairdryer (not one of those ones that barely produce air). Really good check in / check out process which you can do on your phone. Staff were friendly especially those at the bar. Safe, well lit car park pretty much right next door which is very convenient (they give you a discount code) and perfect location for the city centre - very close to Arndale but also still quiet! Would 100% recommend

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We travelled 5 hours to Manchester, to be greeted with a dirty room. Hair in the toilet, stains and crumbs all over the bathroom floor, lipstick marks on the glasses. I complained and was given another room. This rooms air con wasn’t working - and we were on the top floor during 26 degree heat. We were meant to be going out that evening but all the kerfuffle with the rooms meant we had to change our plans. We were moved again - the room again wasn’t up to standard with a dirty bathroom floor and ripped up paper in the bedroom. I didn’t complain this time as we had to leave for our event and I couldn’t be bothered with the awkwardness AGAIN. Very disappointed - wouldn’t recommend.

Good location for the city centre, and Q car park is about a 1 minute walk away (but it is £25 per night). Online check in didn't work, didn't receive confirmation email with code despite arriving about 3 hours after permitted check in time, quickly remedied by nice reception staff. Air conditioning wasn't turned on in the room (despite it being one of the hottest days of the year) and can't be set from the room, was turned on by reception staff. Very nice bathroom, bedroom ok but small and limited storage space, first hotel I've ever stayed in with no drawers, no idea where you are supposed to store small items like underwear.
