There is a lack of leadership. My room initially (10th floor ) did not have a working air conditioner and poor internet. I had to move my room to one in the 8th floor, which did not have any internet. I have made several attempts to let them know they did not rectify for 2/3 nights. However in the last night as it was still not rectified, they said they can change my room ( when i am about to vacate the next day). When you are on a business trip to Manchester and the hotel did not promise what is meant to be provided. I think the paid money should be returned for the lack of service provision that tis promised.

The breakfast was marvellous, the food was lovely and hot, with lots of choice. Staff especially FAHIRA who went above and beyond, fetching extra ice and was so friendly. Wish the bedroom experience had been as good but the put me up bed was very uncomfortable and we had several bugs which has bitten my partner, we even took a picture of them. Put a complaint in and was told the manager is in a meeting and will ring us back..... suprise suprise no phone call, shame very dissatisfied.

Paid for late check out and had a do not disturb sign up. Housekeeping manager came into the room without knocking within 30 mins of original check out time challenging us and making us feel uncomfortable, shouting from behind the door. We checked out straight away and were refused a refund of the late check out fees by reception staff. When we complained they said their manager would contact us but nothing! Ruined what was otherwise a great stay

Overnight stay with sister , staff gappy to see us back, Ian at Reception was welcoming, friendly and a laugh as always sad to see him leaving. Rose at Restaurant cheerful, friendly as always. All staff friendly from start to finish.

Never visiting again

First room had no hot water. Reception looked disbeliving and bored when I complained, manager who was stood next to receptionist took no interest in the issue at all untill I requested some kind of refund as well as being moved to a different room with hot water. The room we were moved to was an oven and cooked us alive in the night. Both rooms, the WiFi was full signal but couldn't connect and even if you did manage to connect good look actually getting onto the Internet, same for the TV in the rooms. Ended up just using my tablet on 5G for entertainment on the evening. Parking is an extortionate £20 a night hidden fee.

We had a couple of issues with our room, main one was no hot water. The staff, especially Ian were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave us a couple of free drink vouchers

I went here with my 11 year old daughter. I made a mistake with the booking booked it for 2 adults instead of 1 adult and i child thought when i got there they would change it for me but they never the receptionist was very rude with me and told me to pay it and charged me for my daughters breakfast even though she was ment to be free. They put us in a room in the 10 floor and the wifi didn't work there was a crack on the window. Stains in the carpet and marks in the bathroom paid £260 for two nights but wasnt worth the money wont stay here again.
