Would score more highly with hot water

Check in was average. A clean and good sized room with comfortable bed. Slight let town was that shower and sink "hot" water was merely luke warm. Breakfast was reasonable and fairly priced. A comfortable bar area.

Excellent central hotel

Very nice hotel in the heart of Manchester. Rooms were clean and bright, bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly, polite and very welcoming. Have booked again in May for another weekend.

very easy for nearby conference centre and eating out choices. very helpful staff. very clean.Would happily stay again and recommend. Felt the continental breakfast choices were good but it was an expensive option for continental compared with other hotels.

Very good - would stay again

Very impressed with this hotel and would stay again. Pros are great location, great bar/restaurant and beds are very comfy. Cons were check in is 3pm and reception staff were not interested in trying to find a way to check in before and were quite military about this, the continental breakfast is nice but a little expensive for what it is and the room was on small side but we are used to American sized rooms so perhaps more a reflection of that. Overall very good and would stay again.

The room was okay, just few essentials missing in the room such as iron, toiletries. Also the room didnt have a mini fridge, wondering if it was just my room. There was a kettle for tea but no bottle water atleast 1. In general, the place was okay.
