The surrounding area is primarily residential, offering a comfortable and practical setting suited to both leisure and work-related stays. The neighbourhood provides easy access to everyday services while remaining close to Manchester city centre and key employment areas.



Droylsden town centre is nearby and offers a selection of supermarkets, local shops, cafés and essential amenities. The area also benefits from nearby green spaces and canal-side walking routes along the Ashton Canal, providing pleasant outdoor areas for relaxation and exercise. Larger retail and leisure facilities are easily reached in nearby Ashton-under-Lyne and Manchester city centre, giving guests a wide range of options within a short distance.



Getting Around:

The property enjoys excellent transport links into Manchester and across Tameside and East Manchester. IMPORTANT NOTE: For stays longer than 28 days, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be required. An invoice will be issued for this service, and the fee will be the same as the standard property cleaning fee.



Refundable Deposit – £300

A £1 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues.



Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable)

Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items).



Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges.
