I noticed several safety concerns during my stay. First, the tea cups provided conduct heat extremely quickly, and the handle area can easily cause burns. Second, there is a slipping hazard. In the bathroom, even though the shower floor appears to have some anti-slip treatment, it is still very slippery. If children are showering there, it is quite easy for them to fall. Another issue is the low water pressure in the shower. The water flow is inconsistent, stopping and starting intermittently, which suggests insufficient pressure. Finally, this might be an isolated issue, but in my room, the handheld shower head was leaking quite badly. Update after checking out: staff brought normal tea cups; shower head was fixed the next day; Heads up, we booked complimentary breakfast; day 1 breakfast goes smoothly, menu with prices, but being told that everything is included with our booking; Day 2 being notified by the cafe staff that some items on the items are not included as complimentary; so, clearly, the rules are not clear; you better check your credit before checking out. One thing has to say, new hotel, location is perfect. Just it is a new hotel, you need to be patient. Oh, last not the least, food in breakfast does not taste good.

Lovely place. Very clean room with a comfy bed. Nice bar area for a quiet drink. There is a small cinema but didn’t get round to go. Not sure about the concessionaire service charge they added to the bill, I did pay it but still, never been asked for this before anywhere.

Nice clean hotel that is newly opened. Good bar area. Good gym. Disappointed that the rooftop bar was not yet opened. However this is far too expensive for what it is, particularly as the rooftop bar isn't available. It doesn't really offer good value for money when compared to other hotels in the area. And they charged an extra £6 per room per night as a service charge, which was not mentioned at all until we checked out. I can appreciate the effort that has gone into refurbishing this hotel, but I would not be staying again.
