My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was very well located in the Old Quarter, with immaculate rooms and fantastic service. Jimmy and the hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Their recommendations on what to do were excellent and the trips we booked were amazing. I highly recommend a trip to Hanoi and a stay at this hotel.

Dans l'ensemble, le personnel a été un point fort. Mia à la réception parlait très bien anglais et nous a aidés à réserver des excursions d'une journée, organiser une voiture pour l'aéroport et réserver nos massages. Le spa attenant proposait de bons massages qui semblaient plus chers que dans les établissements locaux, mais nous avons obtenu une réduction.
