First and foremost, I would like to say that the best thing about my stay here would be the great service. The staff were great and very respectful and helpful. The hotel itself is a little rundown, and the room was a little too small for me and my nephew. But nonetheless, it was cleaned every time we come back at the end of the day. I also love the location. Right next to St. Joseph’s cathedral, to many shops and restaurants, and some sights. I would come back and stay again at this hotel. Thanks to Jimmy and the rest of his team. Hanoi had been amazing! Thank you some much for all your help with the tour!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait—en plein cœur du Vieux Quartier de Hanoï, ce qui permet de visiter facilement toutes les principales attractions à pied. Le personnel était incroyablement amical et serviable tout au long de mon séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable et disposait de toutes les commodités essentielles. Le petit-déjeuner était correct et constituait un bon début de journée. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans un lieu central et accueillant à Hanoï.

Indochine Premium Hotel is perfect for exploring Hanoi, situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter and only a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel room was big and comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). What made our stay really exceptional was the staff, Jimmi and his team. Nothing was too much bother and they helped us with everything. Jimmi arranged our airport pick up to the hotel, showed us where to go to get best rates for changing currency and organised a local SIM card. We also booked our Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay tour through the hotel, including transport from the hotel and onward travel to Ninh Binh. If you are heading to Hanoi then the Indochine Premium Hotel is a great place to stay. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks Jimmi and the Indochine Premium Hotel Team!
