This four bedroom duplex penthouse apartment is situated in the quiet complex of Aldea Hills in Manilva, a few kilometres past Duquesa marina in a beautiful, unspoilt part of the coast. The complex offers manicured gardens and a lovely pool area with stunning views across to the Mediterranean Sea. The complex is only 300m from the beach which can be accessed through the untouched underpass of the main road or over a footbridge. Aldea Hills is a secure and gated complex and the apartment offers a space in the underground parking. There is also vented aircon in the lounge and bedrooms and free WIFI. All bedroom are fitted with shutters.



This penthouse apartment is located on the third floor, with access by lift and is arranged over two levels. The lounge/diner is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa with extending seats, a lounge chair, a 55" smart TV and a dining table and chairs.
