Air Conditioning: NO A/C. The moderate temperatures in the area and unique construction of this home have made air conditioning unnecessary. There is a nice breeze off the lake and ceiling fans.

Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.
