The pool was awesome, and the breakfast was wonderful. Double thumbs up from my two teenage daughters. Very clean rooms and very comfortable. I like that the hotel itself is kind of tucked way off the main drag. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

Kept having to go to front desk to get our keys reprogrammed only negative. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms very spacious, comfy bed, great pool and hot tub area.

There was 2 dead bed bugs in the sheets. I had woke up realized my back was bit and my fiance stomach had bites all over. So just because we saw 2 dead bed bugs there obviously was one that was alive still or else we wouldn't of been bit. When I had brought it to there attention they offered 50% discount. Hotel was $178 and was definitely not worth it. Manager had said they were not bed bugs provided pics and told them there was still one on the bed when we had checked out. They were definitely baby bed bugs.

this is an older hotel but well maintained except the elevator was out and they would not accommodate a 1st floor room when requested. Otherwise happy with the accommodation and would stay there again.

This Raddison was very nice and friendly hotel. The food was good and the pool was very nice. It was easy to get to other places and plenty of convenient stores nearby.

Overall just ok nothing spectacular here

Would have been nice if the whirlpool worked decently and was actually hot. Food was pretty decent but expensive. Rooms were alright, just don’t expect to receive replacement towels or anything if you stay more than one day. TV remote and volume didn’t work. Can hear through the walls very easily. Doors don’t latch all the way so make sure you use the inside lock if you want to feel safe maybe even a chair in front of the door. Windows opened to the outside on the first floor and it felt very unsafe even with a flimsy bar in the window.

Readily available staff [especially Jodie] to assist with our needs. Breakfast provided a variety of items to choose daily. Location idea to discover Colorado Springs and surrounding area. Inconvenience of elevator not working did hinder access to second level of family member. Parking amble at location.
