Easy access to local restaurants, shops, and outdoor trails makes it the perfect home to travel to.
Guests will have exclusive access to the upstairs space of the property during their stay. Please note that this is a multi-unit property. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of other guests. You will have your own private entrance, and all areas upstairs, including the bedrooms, living space, and bathroom, are for your exclusive use. Please do not access any areas downstairs or beyond the designated guest areas. House Rules:
1. No Smoking/Vaping
- Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside the home or on the property. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. $1000 fee will be applied if any residue is found or if any odor is noted.
2. No Pets
- Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There will be a $250 fee per pet per day if any pet residue is found. An additional $100 cleaning fee minimum will be applied along with the pet fee to cover extra cleaning.
3. Quiet Hours
- To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
4. Max Occupancy/Guests on Reservation
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. An additional $125 fee will be applied per guest per night if not approved with host prior to arrival, this includes any guests not listed on the reservation, even if the maximum amount of guests has not been met.
5. Parties and Events
- No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior consent. There will be a $250 per occurrence. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
6. Respect Neighbors
- Please be considerate of the neighbors, especially with parking and noise. This is a quiet residential area, and we ask that you respect the local community. You'll also be in the top unit of a multi-unit.
7. Trash and Recycling
- Please dispose of trash in the bins provided under the gray deck stairs behind the home on the right side. Kindly follow any local recycling guidelines.
8. Cameras
- For your safety and security, exterior security cameras monitor the front and backyard areas. These cameras are not intended to invade your privacy, but are in place to protect the property.
9. Damage and Breakages
- Please report any damage or breakages immediately. You will be held responsible for any repairs or replacements needed.
10. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please respect these times to allow us time to prepare for the next guests. If you require flexibility, you are welcome to inquire for an early check-in and/or early check-out. Fees apply if not followed.
11. Parking
- Please park in the designated parking areas on the RIGHT driveway when facing the house from the street. Only two vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Any other vehicles must utilize the free off-street parking. Please refer to check-in photos to visualize where to park. Your entrance is at the back of the home, all the way up the grey deck steps. Do not drive around the house or drive and park in the back between the garage and deck.
12. Respect for Furnishings
- Please treat the furniture and house items with care. Any significant damage or stains will incur additional fees for replacement or cleaning. Furnishing damages vary and cleaning fees start at $100 per occurrence.
13. Follow Check-Out Cleaning Procedures
- Please wash the dishes, take out trash/recycling and turn off lights and any running water before you leave. Please make sure all windows are closed and locked. Additional cleaning will be a minimum fee of $100.
