Decent Apartment Hotel

Room was well equipped, but the bed mattress was too hard for my liking and the pillow was too flat. Location is convenient to access the main railway station.

No night deskman. We had a false fire alarm at 1 am and had to evacuate and no fire. An additional alarm rang at the front desk and firemen couldn’t stop that , so emergency phone call was made by police to get apt’s agent to come. Didn’t like skimpy duvet on bed. No soap for shower. Bring your own not stated. Would look elsewhere

A huge plus is that if a problem arises, it is solved. Procedures related to free WiFi need to be improved: 1) Sign-up form is not Phone/tablet friendly 2) Additional instructions for fixing connection problems

No frills short term mini apartments at a very reasonable price. Excellent for a longer stay where traditional hotel won't work. Very clean and fresh. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook small meals. Weekly cleaning. Laundry facilities on site. Very pleased with our choice.

Anders als in der Ausstattung bei Expedia angegeben, war kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Den wollten wir verwenden, um Kaffee zu filtern. Auf dem Zimmer war nur eine Jacobs-Kapsel-Maschine mit 3 Kapseln (für 2 Leute), was wir auch aus Müllgründen nicht unterstützen möchten eigentlich, aber auch Nachkaufen von Kapseln war im Aufenthaltsbereich nur als 10er Pack möglich. Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft war KI-generiert, die Rezeption ist am Wochenende nicht besetzt, so dass hier keine Lösung gefunden wurde. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer nicht zu den Bahnhofsschienen gebeten. Dieses haben wir leider NICHT bekommen. Das Fenster konnten wir nachts nicht offen haben, da dort die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten auf den Bahnschienen waren. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Heisst aber vielleicht, dass diese noch sehr neu sind. Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber alles neu gemacht. Für ein Festival-Wochenende, wo man da nur schläft, war es ok.

Mir hat gefallen dass der Hauptbahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar war. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat dass die Rezeption nie besetzt war, und dass es keine Frühstückskantine gegeben hat.

Trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof war es bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat die heißen Außentemperaturen auch gut geschluckt. Ich hatte eine Frage zum Kochfeld, die durch einen schnellen Anruf erledigt werden konnte. Negativ war, dass 8.45 Uhr jemand versucht hat in mein Zimmer zu gelangen. Auch mein Rufen, dass belegt ist, hat nicht abgeschreckt. Es wurde weiter versucht die Tür zu öffnen. Später beim Check-out hat sich herausgestellt, dass es die Putzfrau war. Es sollte daher sichergestellt werden, dass erst nach dem Check -Out das Personal in die Räume darf. Ich würde die Unterkunft trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Aus dem Kühlschrank kam ein unerträglicher Geruch sodass wenn man ihn geöffnet hat man das Zimmer mindestens 20 Minuten lüften musste bis dieser ekelhafte Geruch raus war. Als ich die Rezeption anrief, weil ja niemand vor Ort war, hieß es : ,, das Hotel wäre ausgebucht (Standard Ausrede) und in jeder Etage gäbe es ein Putzmittelraum und ich solle mich dort bedienen und ,, was „ ,mir wurde auch nicht genau gesagt was, reinsprühen. Also bei Ankunft stinkt der Kühlschrank und dann soll ich selber mein Zimmer sauber machen weil ja auch nur geputzt wird wenn man 7 Tage sich dort aufhält und dann nur einmal pro Woche hat man definitiv auch gemerkt an den Haaren die überall rumlagen einfach ekelhaft nie wieder und keine Empfehlung daneben ist direkt das Premier Inn das ist deutlich besser 👍😊

Geht völlig klar

Für den Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren. Es war im groben und ganzen sauber und das einchecken und auschecken geht wirklich einfach von statten, etweder am automaten, rezeption oder per handy. Negativ könnte man die wenigen Parkplätze erwähnen. Leute die mit dem zug kommen haben es optimal, da das hotel am hauptbahnhof ist aber mit dem auto wird es etwas schwierig.
