Room smelled like mildew which was a turn off. Place needs major upgrade in carpeting. Breakfast was good, however it is unlikely I will return to this hotel. Front desk clerk was very rude regarding my service dog. Her line of questioning about my service dog was inappropriate. I kept telling her what my dog’s tasks were and she just kept asking “exactly” what dog did for me? She finally just gave me a paper to fill out which I did. I attribute this to lack of training.

We arrived to discover our deadbolt didn't work, very drafty front door letting light in all around it. Bathroom door didn't stay closed. Shower door installed so that you had to get a freezing blast of water to turn it on since no access to controls without being inside the shower to turn on. Breakfast was not restocked because according to front desk " breakfast ends at 9" so they stop stocking by 8:30! Free breakfast is offered as part of your stay. The cost was quite high for the amenities.

Very clean and comfortable motel. A little strange to be asked to pay in advance. Normally I pay for my hotel room at checkout rather than check-in. No big deal except they charged $2.00 more than the price I was quoted when the reservation was confirmed. It's not much but I'd like to be reimbursed. At check-in and at check-out neither front desk clerk could explain the overcharge. The only other thing I wasn't thrilled about was the very small bath towel. Wash cloth and hand towels were normal size but the bath towel was smaller than normal. Breakfast was very good. A better quality bath towel and a correct charge for the rooms would have made it near perfect

Overall, our stay was good. Rooms were clean and adequate for an overnight stay. We didn't realize that animals were allowed and that was disappointing. Also, the noise factor was a problem. We could hear everything from those rooms above and next to us.

After our stay we discovered we were bitten by bugs, we assume it was flees, we has to quarantine all the cloths until we get home and heat clean everything. Brakefast was good though

The front desk employee was very rude. Questioned me about my driver license making sly comments. Then proceeded to get smart because I refused to sign a tablet that she couldn’t produce the documents for which it was for me to sign agreeing to. I didn’t check in.. I will need to get a refund.
