A little tired but still very comfortable... the walk to the pool is not the most accessible and anyone with issues with stairs should be aware - there are a lot to get to the pool from the hotel and back! Staff were lovely and the pool area was a great place to relax in the heat of the afternoon.

The staff was really friendly. Rooms were nice and cozy. Wasn’t a huge fan of the carpeted floors, but definitely not a deterrent. Lots of parking. Breakfast was amazing. Staff recommended Borge’s restaurant for dinner- it’s a short walk and worth it!

Disappointed

Hotel staff very unfriendly. We stayed in the area a few weeks ago and everyone was kind and friendly. This staff couldn't be bothered to even greet us. For 6 days!!! The breakfast was horrible and the coffee was instant. There are many places to stay in the area, so don't waste your money at this hotel.

Exploring the Serra da Estrela

Great hotel, well placed for our visit with excellent value for money. Very comfortable, choice of pillows! Plenty of wardrobe space and clothes hangers; helpful staff; delicious food when we had dinner in the restaurant along with a good continental breakfast. Easy parking and in town centre.
