When we arrived we found out that the Deluxe suite that we ordered and paid for was in a separate building on the second floor with no elevator in the building. We expected the suite to be accessible for the disabled. My wife cannot climb stairs. We ended up taking a single ground floor room at the front of the main building. This provided constant traffic noise, especially in the early morning. The bathroom was so small, you had to stand in the tub to shut the door. It was difficult to obtain maid service when needed, we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Front desk personnel were friendly. The facility was pet friendly for my service dog and walk areas were accessible. I asked for a refund on the difference in the room prices, but they said because I had booked through Expedia, I needed to get the refund from Expedia. We were so unhappy with accommodations that we left on Friday even though we had paid through Saturday. We paid a total of $1167.16, including taxes. The cost of the smaller room cannot be seen on your site, possibly because of current availability, Please provide a refund as described.
