I chose this property based on the Ramada brand and a competitive rate (over $200 per night), expecting a standard of quality consistent with other 3-star hotels. Unfortunately, this property falls far short of that expectation and does not deserve a 3-star rating. The room was unclean and in poor condition—shower fixtures, door handles, and other fittings were loose or falling apart. There was visible mold on the ceiling, and the carpets were extremely old and dirty. It’s disappointing to see the Ramada name associated with such a poorly maintained property. I will not be booking this location again and will be much more cautious when considering other Ramada hotels in the future. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.

We stayed in room 237. The room was huge and that is why I would stay here again. There was a roof deck (with no chairs) but it was just nice to get outside in the fresh air. The beds were comfortable. The A/c didn’t work very well and the room was quite warm the first night. The door to the room was broken and couldn’t really be opened all the way. But again, the size of the room made up for the short comings.

Please listen to the reviews. Do not stay here, This hotel is awful. A few things we encountered were: The bed had hairs all over the sheets, everything you looked at had stains on it (bedding, curtains,towels, arm chair), the bed had moldy food in a container under it. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms. The carpets do not look like they have been vacuumed or cleaned in ages. The smell of pot is constant. This hotel would be fine if you were paying $90/night for it, knowing that you are getting a dive of a hotel. But charging people $230/night for this hotel that needs a thorough gutting or condemnation is unacceptable.

Rooms were dirty, sheets had stains, pillow cases had stains. Curtains were ripped, wallpaper peeled off walls and the paint was scratched off in multiple places. Something brown or red was all over the curtains and walls. (Looked like blood) Front desk was very polite and gave us new sheets for us to put on. But we’ll never staying there again.

Definitely disappointed and will not be going back. The 3 light fixture in the bathroom had one working bulb. The towel bar was missing minus one end of the bar holder. Hole in the wall at the other end. And honestly never have I ever sat down on a toilet and it tipped and the lid banged! Seriously! Base boards looked like they had been sanded in prep for painting. No telephone in the room or any paperwork re/wifi/ amenities etc. only paper cups for coffee-water. Tiny uncomfortable pillows and it was very noisy. Every door that closed and people in the hall sounded like they were in our room. Door from outside didn’t close/lock public could wander throughout the halls. Sounded like someone with a sledgehammer banging the outside wall and yelling at 6:00 am. Really felt like a dump, it was not a pleasant night. I didn’t expect fancy but expected so much more from a Ramada by Wyndham.

This was actually the worst hotel visit I’ve ever been to. First, I get into my room and sit down. Only to realize I’ve been booked into a room that someone is already staying at. Then, I go to put food into the fridge and it doesn’t work. So I try calling the front desk only to find out the phone is broken. The room was dirty and gross. For 280$ a night I was at least expecting basic services

Was given a room that smelled strongly of weed and the furniture was in bad shape. Mattresses and bedding was poor and also dirty. Was given a second room and was only marginally better. TV was poor. Bed was barely adequate. Definitely a Ramada quality. Would not recommend it for anyone. And definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The owners have let the property get very rundown. Everything feels dirty because it’s not kept up. Shower curtain was gross. Walls need a repaint. I also told the staff multiple times the smoke alarm in the hallway outside our room kept beeping and they would tell me they’d let someone know to come fix it, but it continued for our three day stay. I wasn’t impressed. It would have been nice to have at least been told why it couldn’t be fixed if that was the case.

We checked out within a half hour of checking in. The room was so dirty, I’m not sure how anyone stays here. Gum on the floor…some kind of fluid on the side of the bedside table. Carpets were filthy, curtains were filthy. There was gum on the floor. Bathroom door handle was broken. The hand towel had yellow stains on it. I’ve never been to a hotel so dirty before. Hard to believe this hotel actually carries the Ramada by Wyndham branding. Mind blowing really.

They offer breakfast and there really isn’t anything there. Staff living in the hotel doors start slamming at 6:00 am every morning room was not cleaned during our stay. The furniture in the room was almost falling apart. Do not waist your money here!!!!!

I should have read more of the reviews so thats on me, I assumed if it had the Ramada branding, there would be some standards. Driving into the parking lot, there was a large pile of construction garbage filling 2 parking stalls, wood with nails sticking up, a whole sofa upside down etc. The wall paint was peeling everywhere, the carpets & microwave had burn marks on them. Debris along the dirty hallway carpets. The only decent area was the pool/gym. Breakfast was abysmal,no tongs so people were touching the bread with their hands, no juice, no water, just a coffee machine. Fridge had only lactose free yogurt and some sort of heatable sandwich. We left and purchased breakfast elsewhere. Utter waste of my Expedia points and hard earned money.
