This hotel, while cheap and convenient, was not the best of places to stay at if you are accustomed to chain hotels or resorts. It is a standard hotel room, just looked like the hotel was still mid renovation. Like the mouldings were non existant and there was only heat in the sitting area, not in the room (or couldnt find a knob at all) didnt help that a lady dragging her bag stopped and stared at me while i was out just getting air and creepishly waited. There isnt security. Just felt unsafe with that situation amd nothing could be done other than wait in my car. Dont get me wrong, the front desk lady that i waited for with the doorbell (as you cannot just walkin the reception) was really nice. Just think this hotel needs some love and attention. It was a good price for what i got, cheap but convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable. One issue was with the door not being as secure as it should have been. It locked properly but tjere was evidence that it had been broken into at some point.

We love this place, I think it is like a phoenix. It suffered a major fire and is being repaired bit by bit. The lady who served us is polite and professional. We have stayed in this place twice before. Is it the best hotel? Not by a long shot but we can see the effort getting put in to repair the place, it is central to everything and friendly staff.

The description “hotel” is not accurate as this is a motel. The room door and window face out to Lougheed Hwy, which is a very busy street. The door is not full sealed and one can see underneath and through the side, which allows for the street noise to come straight into your room as well as the cold air. The front desk staff was very pleasant and check in/out was easy. However, given the noise, I would not stay there again, unfortunately

Room had no phone no clock lacked toilet paper and like products was scolded by staff for requesting toiletries, coffee mug had roach in it bed had dirty sheets and staff refused to change the sheets snd give new towels

The hotel was not at all like the pictures on Expedia. Also the bar and restaurant they promote "onsite" has been closed for month, yet the sign on the front of the building advising they are open . When i arrived, the lobby was locked up with a note on the door to ring the door camera, or actually phone. I should have realized it wasn't going to be a good experiece when the offer cash as a payment for the pre-authorization. The check in information was very went through with me, though they neglected to advise that you could leave with a full refund within 10 mins. I did not see this, until at least an hour after, as I checked in and needed to see someone. I called the front desk and advised that I wanted to leave. She was shocked and kept asking why, when she wanted more information then me saying I am not comfortable. I left without a refund and promise of my pre-auth returned. It has now been 4 days and I do not have the refund. Worst hotel I have ever been in. Would love someone from Expedia to contact me to discuss.
