The room was clean. The views were amazing. My wife and I were gifted a free breakfast from Corolina, the front desk attendant. She was warm and welcoming.we took some photos and went to the room. With that being said, barely any of the other staff made us feel welcomed. We were ignored frequently by another front desk attendant, the kitchen manager, and followed around the property by security, even to the pool. While we were at our table in the restaurant taking photos , the kitchen Manager approached us and asked if we were dining or just “hanging out?”. Mind you, my wife was seated, and my cousin and I were taking photos as we waited on my brother and Nephew to arrive. We found that to be very rude. My wife and I eloped and didn’t have a lot of time to spare to celebrate. We decided to stay at the Hilton, expecting a magical, wonderful experience. Instead we have memories of maybe the most uncomfortable pre honeymoon ever. We won’t be able to go on the honeymoon we wanted for a while and what was supposed to be beautiful memories, is now overshadowed by the memory of feeling the most unwelcome and uncomfortable we’ve ever been at, in any hotel. This is a first time experience for us. We might not be as financially wealthy as other guests, which is fine, but my wife and I deserved better treatment and respect. The food at the restaurant was good, Big up's to the chef! Got great photos.
